What is your absolute policy regarding professional boundaries and misconduct?
Therapist's Duty & Right:
Consequences for Misconduct: If a therapist is found to be involved in any sexual misconduct, they will be immediately terminated and the incident will be reported to the relevant UAE and Sharjah Police Authorities for legal action under UAE law.
Patient Accountability: If a patient initiates any act of sexual misconduct, the treatment session will be terminated immediately and the full session fee will be charged. A formal incident report will be filed with the concerned authorities as per medical guidelines. The company will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the patient as a result of such actions, and the patient will be subject to full legal and judicial procedures under UAE law.
